Organic certification
Several producers in Eco Maramureș hold organic certification or are undergoing conversion to organic farming. Certified products include apples, pears, plums, peaches, cherries from traditional orchards, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, as well as pastures, hay meadows and land under maize, potatoes, triticale or green forage.

Mountain Product certification
The destination is also home to producers whose goods carry the Mountain Product (Produs Montan) label, awarded by the National Agency for Mountain Areas.
