ORDER PROCEDURE
Customers can order products from ecomaramures.com either online, using the Shopping Cart, or by e-mail or phone.
The customer may cancel the order by e-mail, preferably on the same day it was placed, until 4 p.m., or by phone, within the hours stated on the site's homepage. The order can no longer be cancelled once the parcel delivery confirmation has been received by e-mail.
Orders placed on the same day to the same destination by the same person are automatically combined into a single order for which a single invoice is issued. Discount coupons or vouchers apply only once to the combined order.
The customer may unilaterally withdraw from the order if ecomaramures.com delays delivery — except in cases of force majeure — by more than 7 working days beyond the term specified in the order confirmation. The unilateral withdrawal must be made in writing and sent with confirmation of receipt, by confirmed e-mail, before taking possession of the ordered products/services. In this case, if the customer has already paid, the money will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the products/services not accepted by the customer, according to the payment option specified in the order form.
Some orders require the customer's agreement on delivery and payment conditions. The holders of such orders will be contacted by ecomaramures.com by phone or e-mail. If the customer does not reply within 10 days, ecomaramures.com reserves the right to cancel the order.
ATTENTION! Products distributed on ecomaramures.com are listed in several databases. For this reason, in the event of errors or delays in updating the database, some products listed as in stock may in fact be out of stock. In this case, the customer will be contacted as soon as the issue is identified.
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash on delivery (via courier) — the value of the ordered products and services can be paid to the courier upon delivery at the address you specified.
DELIVERY
Orders are shipped by express courier; our company ships orders within 24 working hours of placement. The shipping cost is displayed when the order is placed on the site. All orders received on Fridays (after 3 p.m.), Saturdays and Sundays are processed and prepared for delivery on Monday. Products are delivered by courier within 1–2–3 working days of phone confirmation of the order, depending on your location (Zone 0, Zone 1 or Zone 2).
RETURNING PRODUCTS
Our wish is for you to be fully satisfied when you buy products from ecomaramures.com.
ecomaramures.com complies with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/4.06.2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, which grants the buyer (only under the conditions of the mentioned law) the right to withdraw within 14 working days of receiving all purchased products.
If the product is defective, the customer may request its return. In this case, the product may be replaced with an identical one or — if this is not possible — the amount paid for that product may be refunded. All responsibility for such defects lies with the importer/distributor.
Products are returned at the customer's expense, at the rates charged by the delivery agent at the time of shipment, in the original packaging and only if they have not been damaged. The value of the order will be refunded within 30 days of the written unilateral withdrawal (a document signed by the buyer and sent electronically or by post with confirmation of receipt). The refund may be postponed until the returned products are received or until proof of shipment is received. When ecomaramures.com considers that the customer has acted in bad faith, it may claim damages under the applicable law. ecomaramures.com also reserves the right to subsequently refuse to fulfil other orders from the customer.

IMPORTANT: Returns (regardless of the chosen transport method) must never be sent by the customer to ecomaramures.com with cash-on-delivery payment. We accept only parcels with prepaid shipping.
USERS' ONLINE ACCESS
ecomaramures.com does not guarantee customers' access to the ecomaramures.com website at all times, and is not liable for problems caused by third parties or problems generated by upgrades or any other commercial reasons of ecomaramures.com.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ecomaramures.com makes ongoing efforts to keep the information on this site accurate. Occasionally it may contain minor inaccuracies: photos are for information only, some specifications may be changed by the manufacturer without notice, or there may be operating errors. We are always available for any clarifications.
All images and texts on ecomaramures.com are illustrative. Accordingly, the products delivered in the order may differ from those presented online (cover, packaging, colour, appearance, accessories, format, etc.). ecomaramures.com may also change at any time the details available online regarding the products and services offered. Product images and descriptions may contain errors or may differ from reality; ecomaramures.com is not liable for such situations but will try to resolve them as soon as they are reported.
Prices on ecomaramures.com include VAT but do not include delivery or other charges, unless otherwise specifically stated on the website. Delivery costs and/or other service costs are stated when the order request is finalised and will also be specified when the order is confirmed by ecomaramures.com.
If ecomaramures.com is unable to deliver the order due to the customer's fault (e.g. the customer is not found at the given address, cannot be contacted, or does not collect the parcel from Posta Romana, etc.), the order will be cancelled and the products returned to ecomaramures.com. For a new delivery, the customer will have to bear new delivery costs or other technical costs incurred.
If the customer paid in advance and, through their own fault, cannot receive the products within a maximum of 10 days from shipment and cannot be contacted within 30 days, the order will be cancelled but the payment will not be refunded, constituting compensation on the customer's part.
Orders registered on ecomaramures.com on Fridays after 6 p.m. and on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on Monday.
ecomaramures.com is not responsible for the content, quality or nature of the product descriptions and for comments posted by site visitors. ecomaramures.com is also not responsible for the content of sites reached through links.
SENDING E-MAILS
By the following activities — placing an order, subscribing to the newsletter, sending a message on the contact page, or sending e-mails to ecomaramures.com — the user is deemed to agree to receive periodic e-mails containing various information strictly related to ecomaramures.com. In this case, personal data will not be used for other purposes and, under this agreement, may be modified or deleted from the ecomaramures.com database at the customer's written request.
NEWSLETTER
By submitting the newsletter form, I agree that the data I enter may be used by ASOCIAȚIA ECOLOGIC and its collaborators/affiliates, and may also be assigned/transferred to its affiliates and to other entities in the country or abroad, on the basis of a confidentiality commitment on their part.
FORCE MAJEURE AND APPLICABLE LAW
Both the customer and ecomaramures.com shall not be liable for the non-performance of contractual obligations if such non-performance is due to a force majeure event.
This contract is governed by Romanian law.
RIGHTS
ecomaramures.com has the right to deny access to certain customers and visitors, for a limited or unlimited term, without prior notice.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
IMPORTANT: In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended, and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, we are obliged to administer, securely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide: issuing the tax invoice, informing you about the order status, and shipping to the customer. Refusal to provide the information makes it impossible to fulfil the order.
The purpose for which we ask the Customer to provide personal data: to make possible the delivery of the ordered goods, order confirmation, informing customers about the order status, providing answers to complaints, evaluating the goods and services offered, commercial activities, promotion of goods and services, marketing, advertising, development, market research, statistics, monitoring of sales and customer behaviour, administrative and media activities and the like.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer declares their agreement for their personal data to be included in our database and expressly consents to their personal data being stored, used and processed without limitation by ASOCIAȚIA ECOLOGIC and its collaborators/affiliates, and also assigned/transferred to its affiliates and to other entities in the country or abroad, on the basis of a confidentiality commitment on their part.
On the basis of a written, dated and signed request sent to ASOCIAȚIA ECOLOGIC at: Str. Florilor No. 8/36, Baia Mare, you may exercise, free of charge, your right to one request per year to confirm whether or not your personal data is being processed.
On the basis of a written, dated and signed request sent to ASOCIAȚIA ECOLOGIC at the same address, you may exercise your right to intervene on the data, as appropriate: rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data whose processing does not comply with Law no. 677/2001, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data.
Information regarding the customer's personal data may be transmitted to the Prosecutor's Office, Police, courts and other authorised State bodies, upon their request and within the limits provided by law.
DISCOUNTS
The price/discount policy on the site is set entirely by ecomaramures.com, and the purchase price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
Product prices are those displayed for each product and are updated daily. As a rule, discounts, reductions and promotions are not cumulative. The discount with the highest value is kept for calculating the amount.
All promotions on the site are valid within the limit of available stock.
